What comes in each bouquet?
Each bouquet is thoughtfully arranged using seasonal blooms grown at Kendall Farms. Varieties may change throughout the year to ensure the freshest flowers possible.
Inside the box, you’ll find flower food, simple care tips, and a card if you’ve sent your bouquet as a gift with a gift message.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly, and that’s part of the beauty. Photos represent the overall style and color palette, but each bouquet is unique based on seasonal availability.
Occasionally, certain flowers may be substituted to ensure the freshest and highest quality arrangement. Any substitutions are made with equal or greater value and are designed to maintain the overall look and feel of the bouquet.
Do you offer custom orders?
At this time, we do not offer custom orders. Each bouquet is carefully curated using the freshest, in-season blooms available, which allows us to maintain the quality and consistency we’re known for. Because of this, we’re not able to accommodate specific flower requests or exclusions.
Where are my flowers coming from?
Your flowers are carefully sourced and arranged by Kendall Farms in Southern California. Many of our blooms are grown right here on our farm, and when needed, we also partner with trusted neighbouring growers to bring in complementary varieties. This allows us to create full, seasonal arrangements while maintaining the quality we’re known for.

Are flowers safe to have around pets?
We highly recommend keeping flowers out of reach of pets, as some varieties may not be pet-friendly. While we strive to provide beautiful, fresh blooms, it’s always best to check what is safe for your specific pet.
Some flowers are generally considered safer options, but others can cause mild to serious reactions if ingested. If you have pets at home, we suggest placing arrangements in areas they cannot access.
If you’re ever unsure, your veterinarian is the best resource for guidance on what’s safe for your pet.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within California only. While we’d love to reach everyone, we’re not yet able to deliver outside the state, including Alaska, Hawaii, international locations, or P.O. boxes.
How are the flowers packaged?
Your flowers are carefully packed in our custom-designed boxes to keep them protected on their journey and ensure they arrive fresh and beautiful. Each bouquet is secured using protective materials and an “Arrive Alive” bag, featuring a special fiber cloth soaked in a nourishing solution to keep stems hydrated during transit.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 9am ship out for same-day delivery, excluding weekends. Please select your preferred delivery date on the product page, prior to checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
What if my flowers arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your flowers arrive damaged or you have any quality concerns, please contact us at customercare@kendall-farms.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos, and a description of the issue.
Once reviewed, approved claims may be eligible for a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.
Subscriptions
How does the flower subscription work?
Our flower bi-weekly and monthly subscription delivers fresh, seasonal bouquets straight to your door on a recurring schedule. Each arrangement is curated using the best blooms available at the time of harvest.

Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and secure checkout options available through Shopify.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within ___ hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing to ensure freshness.
Gifting
Can I send a product as a gift?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our packaging is designed to feel special from the moment it arrives. Don’t forget to add a gift message so the recipient knows who their beautiful arrangement is from.
Can I include a note?
Yes. You can add a personalized message at checkout. We recommend including your name so your recipient knows who the gift is from.
Will pricing be included in the package?
No, pricing details are not included. Your recipient will receive only the flowers and your personalized message.
