Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

  • Recurring Billing: When you purchase a subscription, your payment details are stored securely and you will be billed automatically on a recurring monthly cycle.

  • Deliveries: Deliveries ship on scheduled harvest dates according to your chosen plan (Once in Bloom delivers once monthly on the 1st Friday; Double Bloom includes two deliveries per monthly cycle, shipping on the 1st Friday and 3rd Friday).

  • Cancellations & Changes: You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation emails or directly through your customer account.

  • Cancellation Deadlines: To avoid being charged for your next cycle, cancellations must be completed before your monthly billing renewal date. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has processed will apply to the subsequent month, and any remaining paid deliveries for the current cycle will be fulfilled as scheduled.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already entered the fulfillment process or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can request a review under our perishable goods and returns policy. See our returns policy for more details.
