1. Our Product Quality & Freshness
Every arrangement is made with premium stems harvested at peak condition and shipped directly from our farm for exceptional freshness on arrival. This direct approach helps our flowers maintain longer vase life than many traditionally distributed bouquets.
Vase life naturally varies by flower type and care, so we do not define a fixed lifespan. However, our arrangements are designed to perform beyond typical expectations when properly cared for.

While results will vary based on environment and care, our focus is simple. Deliver the freshest possible flowers from farm to home, with quality that consistently exceeds standard retail benchmarks.
If your flowers do not arrive in expected condition, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo so we can review and support you promptly.
2. Delivery
Orders placed by midnight are eligible for next-day dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays. You will select your preferred delivery date at checkout, and we aim to meet it through a streamlined delivery process, designed to minimize transit time and preserve optimal freshness. We ship via trusted carrier partners experienced in handling perishable goods.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as flowers are perishable. Once delivery is completed, we are not responsible for damage caused by extended outdoor exposure beyond 8 hours from the time of delivery.
Orders may not be eligible for cancellation or modification once they are within close proximity to the dispatch or fulfillment cutoff, as processing may already be underway. If you need to make a change after this point, please contact our team as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee adjustments once production has begun, we will always do our best to assist where feasible.

To maximize freshness and vase life, customers must follow the recommended care guidelines. Longevity depends on proper care, and we cannot ensure performance if these guidelines are not followed.
While proper care is essential to longevity, our team is always here to help if something does not seem right.
4. Seasonal Substitutions
Farming is guided by nature, and availability naturally shifts with the seasons. On occasion, we may substitute a variety with something of equal or greater value and similar character. We will always maintain the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
5. Issues & Order Resolutions
Because flowers are perishable, we do not accept physical returns. If your order arrives in less than expected condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and a brief description of the issue so we can properly assess and help resolve it.
Reports made outside this window may limit our ability to evaluate the condition at the time of delivery, though we will still do our best to find a fair resolution. The sooner you reach out, the easier and faster the process will be.
Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation. A quick photo on delivery day helps ensure a smooth resolution for everyone.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew automatically each cycle. To cancel or modify your subscription, please do so at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.
Contents may vary based on seasonal availability. When your scheduled delivery falls on or near the release of one of our special holiday bouquets, you may receive that offering as part of your subscription. Each arrangement is thoughtfully designed to reflect the season, highlighting the finest available blooms while maintaining our signature style and quality.
7. Extreme Weather & Seasonal Conditions
Extreme temperatures may impact flower conditions during transit. We take proactive measures during hot or cold conditions, including the use of insulated packaging, and note that severe or widespread national weather events, as well as carrier delays outside of our control, may also affect transit conditions.
While we take every precaution to protect your order, we cannot guarantee performance in the event of severe weather or transit delays beyond our control.

We are farmers first. Our livelihood depends on the quality of what we grow and the trust of the people we grow it for. If you are ever less than delighted with your order, please reach out. We would much rather make it right than leave a beautiful bloom experience on a sour note.
